Association of Human Resource Escalation and Development
AHEAD is the students’ association of the Department of Human Resource Management, University of Kelaniya, established in 2002. It focuses on enhancing undergraduates’ skills and ties with the corporate sector, aiming to make a lasting societal impact through innovative initiatives and real-world experiences.
